theLIST Hair Lounge was born in 2025 from a desire to redefine what a salon experience could feel like.
Sixteen years of experience, artistry, and vision came together to create a modern sanctuary — where beauty, confidence, and connection meet. We built the kind of space we'd want to sit in ourselves: quiet enough to hear your own thoughts, warm enough to linger, precise enough to trust with the thing you wear every day.
Every guest starts with a conversation. Every service is designed around your hair, your history, and the way you actually live. Every chair in this room belongs to an artist who has chosen to make their craft their whole life.

Sixteen years in the chair and the founder behind theLIST. Kelly specializes in seamless extensions, quiet-luxury blonding, and the rich lived-in brunettes that have become her signature — and she mentors the next generation of stylists coming up through the industry.
Stylist · Master Extension Artist
Master Invisible Beaded Row extension artist with fourteen years of experience. Rhiannon's work lives at the intersection of precision color and architectural extensions — blonding that glows in any light and installs that disappear into your own hair.
Stylist · Color & Texture Specialist
Twenty-five years in the beauty industry, sixteen of them behind the chair. Shireen specializes in customized lived-in color, grey blending, and textured, layered cuts designed to grow out beautifully. Her goal is to create a calm, comfortable experience while giving you effortless, manageable hair you feel confident in every day.
Assistant Stylist
Assistant stylist training under owner Kelly Rocheleau while also working behind the chair with select guests. Brianne is receiving advanced education in lived-in color, hand-tied extensions, and K-tip extensions, keeping her current with the latest techniques and trends. She is passionate about growing her craft and giving every guest a welcoming, enjoyable salon experience.
